PERFORMER acknowledges that in order to work as a webcam performer for SUNSET MODELS you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions below and you certify that YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD when making your application.
1. SUNSET MODELS are a webcam recruitment agency who offers a safe online platform where individuals can host live video chat sessions to paying clients. All models are independent operators working from their own home studio. You will work through sunsetmodels.co.uk on a self-employed contracted basis. The Terms of this contract constitute a binding legal agreement between Sunset Models and the person who will be hosting live video chat sessions.
2. SUNSET MODELS will be responsible for paying your wages, you will be solely responsible for paying any government taxes such as insurance contributions and income taxes calculated or derived in any way from your appearance through SUNSET MODELS.
3. The PERFORMER agrees if she is offering webcam services through sunsetmodels.co.uk the PERFORMER must be actively working on a regular basis or the PERFORMERS model account will be removed from offering webcam services and any outstanding credits owed may be forfeited.
4. If the PERFORMER wishes to leave she must contact her agency manager with 1 weeks notice of leaving, we can then either delete your profile from the site or keep your profile inactive in case you wish to return at a further date. Please do not deactivate your profile without contacting your agency manger or any credits you have earned that's pending may be forfeited.
5. PERFORMER must follow all broadcasting rules when broadcasting live shows over the network. Sunsetmodels.co.uk will go through the broadcasting rules during the set up call. These rules can also be found in your profile area. If you fail to follow the broadcasting rules your account may be closed without any prior notice with loss of earnings.
6. PERFORMERS Will be paid weekly on a Tuesday. All PERFORMERS will be paid by bank wire transfer in to a UK bank account held in the performers name. Wires are sent to your bank account by faster payment every Tuesday.
7. PERFORMER agrees to indemnify and hold harmless sunsetmodels.co.uk against any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising out of performer's breach of the Terms and Conditions.
8. Whilst SUNSET MODELS will offer you technical support where possible we take no responsibility for the quality of your studio hardware. SUNSET MODELS will comment where necessary on the picture quality, sound quality and connection speed transmitted from your home studio and advise, if applicable, how this may be changed or improved.
SUNSET MODELS reserves the right to modify and/or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.
